Biographical Sketches of Rogers Park
William Kyle farmer, P.O. Rogers Park, was born in St. John, New Brunswick, Thursday, January 3, 1833. He came with his parents in 1830 to Buffalo, New York. Sailed upon the Great Lakes up to 1882, filling all the different positions '"before the mast" up to master of a vessel. He has resided in Evanston Township since 1850.
William Kyle was married to Helen M. Kyle, nee: Helen M. Fisher, of New York, Monday, May 25, 1863.
