married: Mildred Farwell, nee: Mildred Williams, in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 1902.

In 1887 entered wholesale dry goods house of John V. Farwell Company, of which is now 1st vice president;

also managing director of Capitol Freehold Land & Investment Company.

Republican.

Clubs: Chicago Club, Chicago Athletic Club, Saddle and Cycle Club, Onwentsia Club; also Metropolitan Club (Washington, D.C.).
