The Rogers Park Block Organization Network is a consortium of 29 block clubs throughout the Rogers Park community. Each quarter, representatives meet to share information and activities.

Getting involved in a block club was considered the best way to get to know your neighbors and make your community a better place in which to live.

Block Club member, Cesar Izquierdo said, "my wife wanted us to move out of the neighborhood, but I love my home . . . it's time that the problems move out!"

A block club is the most localized unit of community development. Block clubs work on problems, but they also build the social network of community.
