Educated in the public schools of New York City and Chicago; Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Lake Forest Law School, 1894;

Unmarried.

Admitted to Illinois bar, 1894, and since engaged in practice at Chicago, making a specialty of corporation, commercial, and probate law; member of the firm of Stoll & Shepherd.

Republican.
