Phoenix Building, northeast corner of Clark Street and Greenleaf Avenue, June 1989.
In the 1990 Annual Fall House Tour reported that this building was undergoing renovation after a fire earlier in 1990. This building was the original Phillip State Bank and Trust Company building, then Schubert's Grocery. In 1990, it contained Studio 90.
