Children: Frank Phillip, George P. Phillip, Philip Phillip, Lizzie Phillip, and Celia Phillip.

In Grain & Coal Company, 1880-1908;

in private banking business since Thursday, February 14, 1895;

now president Phillip State Bank and Trust Company.

Democrat.

Member: Knights of Columbus, Royal Arcanum.
