educated in the grammar and high schools of Chicago; received primary architectural education with Adler & Sullivan in Chicago, and finished in Paris, France;
married: Mary Mills Spaulding on June 30, 1913.
In practice at Chicago since 1884;
member of Ottenheimer, Stern & Reichert since 1910.
Member of the A.I.A. Illinois
Member of: Elks, B'nai B'rith.
