Jacob T. Moss was the forth, and last, postmaster at Rogers Park Post Office. Nominated to the position by President Benjamin Harrison and confirmed by the Senate on January 14, 1893.

Term of office: 9/19/1889-6/6/1894.

Moss served the final five years of post office independence until June 6, 1894, which was one year following the annexation of Rogers Park by Chicago.

Mr. & Mrs. Jacob T. Moss were listed in the 1891 Chicago Blue Book, page 710. This issue does not list the addresses of Rogers Park residents.
