Frederick A. Miller, railway official;

born in: Harford, Pennsylvania.

Began railroad career, 1874, as ticket agent and cashier, Cairo and Vincennes Railroad at Cairo, Illinois;

became, successively, ticket and freight agent, and finally general passenger agent, same road;

entered service [wikipedia:[Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway|Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway]], 1883, as special passenger agent, and was appointed assistant general passenger agent, 1887, general passenger, agent, October, 1900, and passenger traffic manager, January, 1913.
