3300 W. from Lincoln Avenue to Green Bay Road in Chicago, Lincolnwood, Skokie, and Evanston.

The road was built in 1926 by the Sanitary District of Chicago as an access road to its North Side Water Reclamation Plant. It was named for Colonel Robert R. McCormick (1880-1955) Publisher of the Chicago Tribune, who was President of the Board of Trustees of the Chicago Sanitary District from 1905-1910.
