About three months after the No Exit Café opened in Evanston, Joe Moore was hired to run the cafe. After nine months Joe bought out Bill Harmon and Dick McKernan.
In 1972, Joe Moore and his wife Joanne decided to buy an old resort in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. He then sold the No Exit Café to Peter Steinberg, his long time manager.
This Joe Moore is not the Alderman by the same name.
