Art Hern was born on Thursday, February 14, 1907 in West Virginia, as Arthur L. Hern.
He was an actor, known for The Lord of the Rings (1978), In His Steps (1964) and Under the Rainbow (1981).
He died on Monday, August 4, 1997 in Los Angeles, California.
Art Hern also portrayed NATCO the Clown on the TV kids show Adventure Time.
