Biographical Sketches of Rogers Park

John L. Healy, entry clerk of L.H. Thomas manufacturer of inks, was born in Waterbury, Vermont, May 12, 1864. He learned the printer's trade in Belleville, IIIinois, and worked there for two years: then in Battle Creek, Michigan, up to 1890, when he came to Chicago, and for two Years worked for Donnelly, Loyd & Co., printer. In 1883 he came to Rogers Park and accepted his present position with L.H. Thomas.
