education: graduated Baraboo, Wisconsin High School, 1879; M.D., Bennett Medical College, 1889;

married: 1st wife: Anna S. Farnum, nee: Anna S. Lanich(died 1885), in 1882;

married: 2nd wife: Mildred Virginia Farnum, nee: Mildred Virginia Corr, in 1903.

Professor of surgery, Bennett Medical College; attending surgeon, Cook County Hospital, since 1892, and Bennett Medical College;.

Member: Illinois State Eclectic Medical Society, National Eclectic Medical Association, Chicago Eclectic Medical Society; also Wisconsin Eclectic Medical Association, Minnesota Eclectic Medical Association, Michigan Eclectic Medical Association, Iowa Eclectic Medical Association and Nebraska Eclectic Medical Association.
