Funeral services for Dr. Charles Bruce Walls, Chicago physician since 1894 who died on Friday in his home 1526 W. Chase Avenue, at the age of 81, will be held today at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel at 6959 N. Clark Street. Burial will be held at Henderson, Kentucky. Dr. Wall was born in Fraserburgh, Scotland, U.K. and came to the U.S. as a young man. A graduate of the Chicago Homeopathic Medical College, he served as a surgeon for the Illinois National Guard and later as a medical examiner for the United States Army.
