7727 N. Marshfield Avenue is the 3-Flat apartment building owned Carl Stewart, and was built in 1913, two years before Germania was annexed to Chicago. Owner Stewart has done a wonderful job of upgrading the units. He has retained the character o the woodwork, layout, and all of the architectural details. The bottom two units are unoccupied (as of May, 2009). Mr. Stewart lives on the third floor.
