It has a masonry exterior, one full bath and one half-bath, central air conditioning, a full, unfinished basement, no attic, and a single fireplace. The 2,567 sq.ft. house sits on a 6,600 sq.ft. lot. This is the only house originally built without a garage.

The promotional materials stated that this house has an especially well-designed kitchen for housekeeping efficiency. This Pullman-type kitchen was furnished by the Petersen Furniture Company. There’s ample room to open the dining room door without interfering with the range. Space is provided for a small folding table which can be set up for informal meals. The counter tops are Formica and there’s a flush light above the sink, a ventilation fan, and an electric clock.
