Long-time RPWRHS member and food historian Colleen Taylor Sen was an editor of the recently-published Chicago Food Encyclopedia. She and co-editors Bruce Kraig and Carol Mighton Haddix will highlight stories of classic Chicago foods and the city's long tradition of culinary innovation. Copies of the Chicago Food Encyclopedia will be available for sale.
