Join experienced guide and historian Glenna Eaves on a walking tour to get intimately acquainted with another street in Rogers Park. This program consists of an introductory presentation followed by a walking tour. Preregistration required.

Start with a presentation about the story of the Howard Area as Ms. Eaves entertains you with a rich history of the people and events that fueled the development of Howard Street as one of Chicago’s premier entertainment venues.
Walking tour, 1:45 pm, leaving from Howard Area Community Center:
See it for yourself as Ms. Eaves leads a walking tour after the presentation. The tour will span the Howard Street from Greenview Avenue to Clark St. and will take approximately one hour and 15 minutes
