The Roman Susan Art Foundation and the Rogers Park/West Ridge Historical Society collaborated to present “Property,” an exhibit that reflects the way neighborhoods emerge and change as a result of land development. The exhibit consists of individual reflections, done by local artists, to some of the best historic images in our collection.
