If you’ve never used a discussion group before, here’s how it works: Any member of the group can log into the site and pose a question by sending an email to the discussion group address. The question is then automatically forwarded to all members of the group. Anyone replying to that message is actually sending their reply to all members of the group. Groups like this encourage participation and increase the likelihood that an answer may be forthcoming. All members will see the question and any discussion that results.
